摘要
采用金属型重力铸造法制备了不同Nd含量的Mg-6Al镁合金,研究了不同成分镁合金的微观组织和性能。结果表明:添加稀土Nd能明显细化α(Mg)和β(Mg17Al12),产生新相Al11Nd3;随Nd含量的增加,合金硬度、抗拉强度和伸长率都得到明显提高。
Abstract:Mg-6Al alloys with different content of Nd were prepared by casting. The microstructure and properties of magnesium alloys were analyzed. The results show that: the addition of Nd into magnesium alloy can refine primary α(Mg) matrix and β (Mg17TAl12) phase. The addition of Nd forms Al11Nd3 phase. With the increase of Nd content, the hardness, tensile strength and elongation of the alloy increase rapidly.
