介绍了刀具的离子氮化工艺,同时调整氮化时气氛中的氨气和氢气的混合比例,获得了无化合物层的表面渗层组织,也就可以获得粗糙度值更小的产品。
Abstract:The ion nitriding progress of HSS tool was introduced. By means of adjusting the NH3/H2 ratio, the nilriding layer without compound layer on the HSS tool surface was obtained. So the parts with high sliding wearability can be obtained.
