摘要 采用SYSWELD软件对接头零件油淬热处理时的变形问题进行了模拟仿真研究,获得了接头带筋腹板和U型槽部位的热处理变形规律,基于模拟结果,提出了控制热处理变形的措施。最后,实际零件的生产证实了模拟结果的可靠性。 Abstract:The heat treatment distortion of joint part during oil quenching process was simulated by SYSWELED software. The distortion rules of band web and U-shape groove of the joint part were obtained. Based on the simulation results, the control measures of heat treatment distortion were proposed. Finally, the reliability of simulation results was confirmed by the practical quenching process of joint part.
