摘要
强力旋压工艺是制造柴油机连杆衬套最有效的工艺方法之一,其力学性能受到旋压过程中众多工艺参数的影响。为了改善加工工艺,提高衬套质量,通过正交试验的方法,制备了不同工艺参数下的旋压筒形件。试样拉伸后,得出了应力—应变曲线。根据不同连杆衬套的力学性能需求,调整参数后生产出了合格的连杆衬套。这能为强力旋压工艺提供一定的技术支持和理论保证。
Power spinning process is one of the most effective method to produce connecting rod bushing of diesel engine. Its mechanical properties are influenced by many process parameters of power spinning process. In order to improve power spinning processing technology and the quality of connecting rod bushing, spinning cylinder pieces under different process parameters were produced by using the orthogonal experiment method. After the tensile specimens, the stress-strain curves were obtained. According to the requirements of mechanical properties of different connecting rod bushings, the qualified connecting rod bushings were produced after adjusting the parameters. This can provide a certain technical support and theoretical guarantee for the power spinning process.
