超细晶变形铝合金点腐蚀行为 被引量:5

Pitting Corrosion Behavior of Ultrafine-grained Wrought Aluminum Alloys

摘要 对固溶处理后的2A80变形铝合进行了多个方向锻造,利用光学显微镜和透射电子显微镜分析了试样组织的演变,并对试样进行了点腐蚀行为的研究。结果表明,锻造加工使变形铝合金2A80的组织明显细化,抗点蚀性能增强。 2A80 wrought aluminum alloy after solution treament was forged in multi-direction. The evolution of sample microstructure was analyzed by using optical microscope and transmission electron microscope. The pitting corrosion behavior of sample was investigated. The results show that forging makes the 2A80 wrought aluminum alloy markedly refine and the corrosion resistance is enhanced.
