摘要
建立了EQ153转向节多向精密模锻成形工艺有限元模型,采用DEFORM-3D软件数值模拟分析了锻件成形过程中坯料应力、应变分布情况。结果表明,采用多向模锻成形汽车转向节工艺可以显著降低成形过程中锻件的应力、应变,从而显著提高锻件的疲劳寿命。
The finite element model of multi-directional precision die forging EQ153 steering knuckle was established. The stress and strain distribution of blank during the forming process was simulated by Deform-3D software. The results show that the stress and strain can be reduced obviously by using the process of the multi-directional die forging EQ153 steering knuckle, thereby the fatigue life of forging can be improved significantly.
