摘要
某铝合金筒体件在侧向等温挤压时,凸台间出现裂口。对成形过程进行了模拟,结果表明,模拟形成的裂口位置与实际一致。裂口的形成由损伤值突变引起,推断裂口与模具圆角有直接关系。通过选择不同圆角并分析成形结果,发现圆角为6 mm时,可获得较好的成形效果,避免裂口的形成。
In the lateral isothermal extrusion, an aluminum alloy barrel between the bosses formed cracks. The forming process was simulated. The results indicate that the simulated cracks are consistent with the actual ones. The forming of cracks is caused by damage value mutation. It is inferred that the cracks have a direct relationship with the die fillet size. By choosing different fillets and analyzing the forming results, when the fillet is 6mm, a good forming effect can be obtained to avoid cracks forming.
