车用突缘外套件温挤压成形及模具磨损研究 被引量:1

摘要 基于DEFORM-3D软件研究了车用突缘外套件温挤压成形工艺参数对挤压成形过程的影响以及凹模磨损。以成形载荷为评价指标,通过正交实验获得了温挤压成形最佳工艺参数组合,即模具温度350℃,坯料温度900℃,摩擦系数0.15,凸模速度12mm/s。基于Archard磨损模型,对凹模磨损情况进行了模拟,并和实际情况相对照,提出了减少模具磨损的方法。研究结果对车用突缘外套件的实际温挤压生产具有一定的指导意义。 The effects of process parameters on extrusion forming process and the wear of bottom die in warm extrusion for automobile external sleeve with flange were researched based on DEFORM-3D software. Taking the forming load as evaluating standard, the best process parameters combination was acquired by orthogonal experiment, that is as follows: the die temperature is 350~C, the blank temperature is 900~C, the friction coefficient is 0.15, the punch velocity is 12 mm/s. The wear of bottom die was simulated based on Archard wear model. And compared with the actual situation, a method of decreasing the wear of die was put forward. The research result has certain guidance to the practical warm extrusion for automobile external sleeve with flange.
