摘要
通过三点弯试验,参考冲击功的分析方法,建立了韧度与弯曲角和弯曲吸收功的量化关系。得出本试验条件下韧度与弯曲角的简单线性关系,为通过三点弯试验测量弯曲角粗略评价焊接接头韧度提供了理论依据和基本的量化计算方法。然而本文属于初步探索,其正确性及普适性有待于进一步探索和大量的试验来验证。
Refering to the impact energy analysis method, the quantitative relationships among toughness, bending angle and bending absorbed energy were established by three-point bending test. The simple linear relationship between toughness and bending angle under the condition of this experiment can be obtained, which can provide a theoretical basis and basic quantitative calculations for evaluating the welded joint toughness roughly by measuring the bending angle of three-point bending test. However, this work is just a preliminary exploration, its correctness and universality need explore and is validated by lots of tests.
