摘要 截齿是掘进机上消耗最大、最容易损坏的零件,截齿系统中的齿体部分磨损失效占到其总体失效的一半。本试验通过对感应钎焊生产的掘进机镐形截齿钎焊接头进行等离子堆焊耐磨强化处理,分析接头的显微组织、表面形貌和力学性能,提高截齿齿体的耐磨性,从而为解决截齿磨损失效,延长其使用寿命提供新的方案。从根本上解决因齿体尖部硬度过低导致齿尖磨钝、截齿磨损和硬质合金头过早脱落,最终导致截齿失效的问题。 Cutting tooth especially due to the poor quality of the shearer brazing can cause great pick consumption and delay hours. The tooth body wear of the whole shearer picks accounts for the half of its overall failure. The cutting pick joint which was welded by induction brazing was strengthened by plasma arc powder surfacing. The microstructure, surface morphology and mechanical property of the welded joint were analyzed, so as to provide a new scheme for solving the tooth wear failure, and extending the service life. The pick failure problems were caused by the lower hardness of the tooth tip, tooth wear, and the premature loss of hard alloy head.
