摘要
心脏自主神经病变是糖尿病患者的常见并发症之一,临床预后不良,其无症状性心肌缺血及无痛性心肌梗死等发病率和病死率显著高于无心脏自主神经病变的糖尿病患者和非糖尿病人群。早期识别心电图参数的异常改变对实现早期诊断、早期综合治疗至关重要。该文就糖尿病合并心脏自主神经病变的发病机制、诊断试验、心电图改变及目前国内外研究新进展进行综述,以探讨心电图在糖尿病合并心脏自主神经病变中的应用价值。
Cardiac autonomic neuropathy is a common complication of diabetes with poor clinical outcome. Its silent myocardial ischemia and painless myocardial infarction morbidity and mortality are signifi- candy higher than those without cardiac autonomic neuropathy in diabetic patients and non-diabetic popula- tion. Early identification of abnormal changes in ECG parameters is essential for achieving early diagnosis and comprehensive treatment. Here is to make a review of the diabetic cardiac autonomic neuropathy pathogenesis, diagnostic tests, ECG changes and new progress in research at home and abroad in order to explore the appli- cation value of ECG in diabetic patients with cardiac autonomic neuropathy.
