经皮给药治疗仪辅助治疗儿童支气管肺炎的临床疗效观察

The Clinical Observation on Assisted Treatment of Children with Bronchial Pneumonia with Transdermal Therapeutic Apparatus

目的对经皮给药辅助治疗儿童支气管肺炎的疗效进行观察与评价。方法选取2011年1月至2012年1月在重庆市万州区妇幼保健院儿科住院的支气管肺炎患儿160例,根据患儿治疗方法的不同分为经皮治疗组和常规治疗组,并对两组治疗后的疗效进行比较与评价。结果经皮治疗组咳嗽消失时间仅需(6.3±1.2)d,体温恢复正常仅(3.2±1.2)d,肺部啰音消失仅需(4.1±1.6)d,且患儿住院只需7 d左右;经皮治疗组各病症消失所需时间显著少于常规治疗组,即咳嗽消失时间为(6.7±1.2)d、体温恢复正常为(3.7±1.2)d,肺部啰音消失需(4.5±1.7)d。经皮治疗组的治愈率为82.50%,总有效率为95.00%,显著高于常规治疗组的治愈率(53.75%)和总有效率(73.75%)(P<0.05)。结论经皮给药辅助治疗儿童支气管肺炎安全有效,值得在临床应用与推广。

Objective To observe and evaluate the effectiveness of assisted transdermal therapeutic apparatus in the treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia. Methods A total of 160 cases of pediatric in Chongqing Wanzhou District Maternal and Child Health HosPital from Jan. 2011 to Jan. 2012 were select- ed,and divided into two groups according to the different methods of treatment, the percutaneous treatment group and the conventional drug therapy group, and the efficacy of the two groups after treatment were com- pared and evaluated. Results In the percutaneous treatment group,it took only （6.3 ± 1.2） days for cough disappearing,only（ 3.2 ±1.2 ） days for temperature returning to normal, and only （ 4. 1 ±1.6 ） days for pulmonary rales, and only 7 days for hospitalization. The？ symptoms disappeared？ time of the percutaneous group was significantly less than the conventional drug therapy group, while in the contrnl group, it took （6.7 ± 1.2 ） days for cough disappearing, （ 3.7 ±1.2 ） days for temperature returning to normal, and only （ 4.5 ±1.7 ） days for pulmonary rales. The cure rate of the percutaneous group was 82.50% ,and the total efficiency high up to 95.00% , which had significant differences compared with the conventional drug therapy group with the cure rate （ 53.75 % ） and the total efficiency （ 73.75 % ） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Using percuta- neous administration of adjuvant therapy for treating children with bronchial pneumonia is safe and effective, which is worth application and promotion in clinical.
