中医疗法对60例功能性便秘临床疗效的观察研究

Observation of Clinical Curative Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Therapy of 60 Cases of Functional Constipation

目的探讨中医疗法治疗功能性便秘的临床效果。方法将成都中医药大学附属医院2011年8月至2012年8月收治的60例功能性便秘患者采用随机数字表法分为两组,各30例,麻仁丸组采用麻仁丸治疗,每次6 g,每日3次,口服,连续治疗3周;济川煎组采用济川煎治疗,每次250 mL,温服,7剂为1个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程。比较两组治疗后的证候改善情况、排便改善情况及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗3周后,济川煎组治疗总有效率显著高于麻仁丸组(P<0.05)。济川煎组证候总有效率显著高于麻仁丸组(P<0.05)。济川煎组用药1周、用药2周、用药3周的排便次数均显著多于麻仁丸组(P<0.05)。两组治疗过程中不良反应发生情况经统计学分析,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中药济川煎加味治疗功能性便秘疗效显著,不良反应少,使用方便,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of the traditional Chinese medicine therapy for treatment of functional constipation. Methods A total of 60 patients with functional constipation admitted to Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital during Aug. 2011 and Aug. 2012 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 30 cases in each group. Marenwan （ each time 6 g,3 times a day, oral, treated 3 weeks） were used in Marenwan group, Jichuanjian （ each time 250 mL, 7 days as 1 treatment course,treated for 3 treatment courses） were used in Jichuanjian group. The curative effect and syndrome improvement after treatment, defecation improvement and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results 2 weeks after treatment,the Jianchuanjian treatment group total effectiveness was significantly higher than the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Total syndrome effective rate of Jichuanjian group was significantly higher than the Marenwan group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Stool frequency after medication of l week, 2 weeks and 1 week after medication withdrawl of Jichuanjian group were significantly more than Marenwan group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Adverse reactions in two groups of treatment process had no significant difference （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine Jichuanjian treatment for functional constipation has distinctive curative effect ,less adverse reaction, and convenience usage ,which is worthy of clinical application.
