离子色谱法测定伏格列波糖片的溶出度

摘要 目的 建立离子色谱法测定伏格列波糖片的溶出度.方法 分析柱:CarboPac MA1分离柱(4×250mm),淋洗液:50mmol·L-1NaOH,流速:0.4mL·min-1,柱箱温度:35℃,进样量:50μL,检测方式:电化学检测器.结果 在0.4μg·mL^-1~4μg·mL-1μg·mL-1浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9977,平均回收率为100.6%,RSD为1.0% (n=9).结论 该方法快速,准确. OBJECTIVE To establish the Ion chromatography method for the determination of Dissolution for Voglibose Tablets. METHODS The analytical column was CarboPac MAI (4 ×:250mm) and the leacheate was 50mmol · L-1 sodium hydrate at a flow rate of 0. 4mL ·min-1. The temperature of column was 35℃. RESULTS The calibration curve of Voglibose was performed over the range of 0. 4μg·mL^-1 ~4μg·mL^-1 ,r =0. 9977. The av- erage recovery was 100. 6% and RSD was 1.0%. CONCLUSION The method is accurate and rapid.
