综合疗法治疗原发性痛经46例的临床疗效

Clinical curative effect on 46 cases of primary dysmenorrhea treated with comprehensive therapy

目的探讨综合疗法治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法将88例原发性痛经患者按照治疗方法不同分为观察组46例和对照组42例。对照组采用吲哚美辛(消炎痛)片治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上配合按摩疗法及中药自拟四逆散止痛汤口服,观察两组治疗后的临床疗效。结果观察组的治愈率为52.2%、总有效率为97.8%,而对照组治愈率为21.4%、总有效率为76.2%,两组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论综合疗法治疗原发性痛经疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。

OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical effect on primary dysmenorrhea treated with comprehensive therapy. METHODS 88 patients with primary dysmenorrhea treatment were divided into 46 cases in the observation group and 42 cases in the control group according to the different of treatment. Cases in the control group were treated with Indomethacin （Xiao Yantong） and cases in the observation group were treated with massage therapy and Chi- nese herbal medicine four inverse scattered Zhitong decoction based on the control group treatment, observe the clini- cal efficacy of the two groups was observed after treatment. RESULTS The cure rate of observation group was 52.2% ,total effective rate was 97.8%, while the control group cure rate was 21.4%, total effective rate was 76.2% ,the two groups had significant difference （P 〈 0. 01 ）. CONCLUSION Comprehensive therapy has definite effect for treating primary dysmenorrhea, worthy of clinical application.
