摘要
文章针对目前业界对大型锅炉点火方式方面的争议,从技术原理、安全、经济成本、维护、使用、基建期效益、综合效益等方面全方位研究了目前最为先进的等离子与微油节油点火技术的优劣;同时分析了在最新点火方式基础上全部取消传统油枪后各种替代方案的优劣性。为新建扩建大型机组的点火选型、系统设计、在役机组节能改造等有较大的参考价值。文章认为除非等离子技术发展将造价降至与气化微油一致,并大幅度提高阴极头使用寿命,否则等离子技术与气化微油技术相比综合优势处于下风。
This article comprehensively studied the advantages of the most advanced ignition technologies : plasma and micro oil ignitions in term of technical principle, safety, economic costs, maintenance, application, construction period benefit and comprehensive benefits. At the same time, it analyzed the merits of various alternatives which replacing the traditional guns. The study provides reference for the ignition selection, system design and energy saving retrofit of large newly built or expanded units. This paper argues that unless the plasma technology development could reduce the cost closer to that of tiny oil, and greatly improve the service life of the cathode element, otherwise the tiny oil technology is better than plasma technology.
