摘要
为了保证供电的可靠性,小汽轮机MEH控制系统一般配置两路供电电源,当其中一路电源出现故障时,供电系统应能自动切换到另一路电源供电,切换过程应不影响控制系统正常运行。直流110 V电源具有电压稳定、抗干扰能力强等特点,因此在MEH控制系统中得到广泛的应用。冗余配置的两路直流输入电源若使用二极管切换,可能造成发电厂两路直流系统并列运行,会影响机组安全运行,为此提出改进措施。
In order to ensure the reliability of power supply,small steam turbine MEH control system generally configures two power supplies ,when a power supply failured,power supply system should be able to automatically switch to another power supply,switching process should not affect the normal operation of the control system. Due to the characteristics of the DC 110 V power supply with voltage stability, strong anti-interference ability ,etc ,it is widely used in MEH control sys- tem. Two DC input power supply redundancy allocation if using diode switching,may cause two DC systems of power plant running in parallel ,that will effect the safe operation of unit,the improvement measures are proposed in this paper.
