1000MW超超临界锅炉过再热器壁温改造

摘要 火力发电厂中,锅炉"四管"是重要设备之一。锅炉"四管"的安全稳定运行,与机组的安全稳定经济运行密不可分。文章简要分析了锅炉"四管"中"两管":过再热器的超温泄漏原因,提出了增强对其温度监视等方面相应对策。潮州电厂3、4号机组大修期间,根据炉膛温度场分布情况相应增加过热器和再热器壁温测点,有效监视过、再热器受热屏的温度,有利于对过热器和再热器系统安全和经济性的分析和控制,从而减少超温爆管事故的发生。 In the power plant,the four tubes of boiler are one of the important equipments. Safe and steady operatoin of four tubes is closely relative to the economic operation of the unit. This article analyses the reasons of the super- heater and reheater tubes rupture, and proposes the measure for increasing temperature monitoring to reduce the acci- dent of overheating tube burst. According to the distribution of the temperature points, Chaozhou power plant 3 and 4 units added superheater and reheater wall temperature measuring points,and monitored them. It' s effective in analy- sing and controlling the economy and safety of superheater and reheater system.
