上海海东海商业广场工程的深基坑邻近老民居与轨道交通,受周围干扰较大,需对周边环境采取有效的保护措施。针对该情况,从设计、施工两方面因地制宜地精心策划、布局与实施,在最大程度上减少了基坑变形量,保护了环境,顺利地推进了工程。

The deep foundation pit of Shanghai Haidonghai Commercial Plaza project is near to old residences and railway tracks, bringing difficulties to the project, thus certain measures must be taken to effectively protect surroundings. For this situation, we carefully designed and implemented measures, making the best effort on reducing the deformation of foundation pit, protecting the environment and advancing the project successfully.
