双柏散外敷对急性痛风性关节炎患者血清C-反应蛋白的影响

Effect of Shuangbo Powder on C-Reactive Protein in Patients With Acute Gouty Arthritis

目的观察双柏散外敷对急性痛风性关节炎患者血清CRP的影响。方法选取门诊48例急性痛风性关节炎患者,随机分为对照组与治疗组,对照组给予别嘌醇、双氯芬酸钠片等基础治疗,治疗组在基础治疗同时加用双柏散外敷治疗。结果治疗后,治疗组与对照组总临床有效率分别为95.60%和84.00%,治疗组急性痛风性关节炎治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗前后比较,两组均可降低血清CRP水平,但治疗组降低血清CRP水平优于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论双柏散外敷能显著降低急性痛风性关节炎血清CRP水平,从而提高治疗的有效率。

Objective To observe the effects of Shuangbo powder on C-Reactive protein in patients with acute gouty arthritis. Methods 48 Patients with gouty arthritis selected from Outpatient were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group, the control group were given ordinary treatment of Allopurinol tablets, Diclofenac sodium tablets etc. while the treatment were group added topical treatment of Shuangbosan on the basic of ordinary treatment. Results Efficiency of the treatment group and control group were 95.60% and 84.00% respectively. The treatment was higher than the control group （P 〈 0.05） ; comparison of before and after treatment on C-Reactive protein. Both groups could decrease the level of C-Reactive Protein but the treatment group were decreased significantly than the control group. The difference was significant （P 〈 O. 05）. Conclusion Shuangbo Powder could decrease the level of C-Reactive protein thus improve the clinical dfficiency of acute gouty arthritis.
