益气健脾汤治疗功能性消化不良110例

The Study in Treating 110 Cases of Functional Dyspepsia With Yiqi Jianpi Decoction

目的观察运用自拟益气健脾汤加减治疗功能性消化不良的疗效观察。方法将符合纳入标准的110例患者随机分为中药组55例和西药组55例,中药组予益气健脾汤加减口服;西药组给予奥美拉唑10mg口服。两组治疗持续4周后,将两组的临床症状、症状疗效评价、证候疗效评价的改善进行比较。结果经过4周治疗后,单项症状治疗前后积分具有统计学差异;对上腹痛和上腹部烧灼感的改善,中药组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);症状总体疗效和证候疗效总积分比较发现,中药组优于西药组(P<0.05,0.01),且中药组总有效率优于西药组(P<0.05)。结论自拟益气健脾汤对功能性消化不良患者的治疗有显著效果。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Yiqi Jianpi Decoction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods ll0 cases met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into 55 cases of Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group of 55 cases, Chinese medicine group were treated with Yiqi Jianpi Decoction; western medicine group was given omeprazole 10mg oral. The treatment in the two groups after 4 weeks, two groups of clinical symptoms, the symptom curative effect evaluation, syndrome curative effect evaluation and improvement of quality of life were compared. Results after 4 weeks after treatment, symptoms before and after treatment of single integral with statistical difference; the upper abdominal pain and epigastric burning sensation improvement, traditional Chinese medicine group than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ） ; more symptoms overall curative effect and therapeutic effect of syndrome total score, traditional Chinese medicine group is better than western medicine group （P 〈 0. 05, 0. 01 ） , and the traditional Chinese medicine group total effectiveness is superior to western medicine group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion has obvious therapeutic effect of self-made Yiqi Jianpi Decoction on patients with functional dyspepsia.
