儿童医院中西药联合应用的现状

Children's Situation for the Application of Combined with Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

目的 了解儿童中西药联合应用的现状,对儿童中西药合理联用进行分析,提高合理用药水平,保障儿童用药更加安全、合理、有效.方法 通过抽查山西省儿童医院2012年8月～2013年1月的中西药联合应用的儿科门急诊处方及住院病例,并对其联用的配伍方式进行统计、分类和分析.结果 在该院7165张处方中,儿童中西药联用的处方有2313张,所占比例为32.3%;联用处方中涉及的疾病有40多种,联用的配伍方式有326种.查阅相关文献后得出,合理配伍的有96种,占联用配伍方式的29.5%;不合理配伍的有63种,占联用配伍方式的19.4%.结论 该院的儿童中西药联用广泛,应用形式复杂,不合理配伍较常见,需加强临床中西医师和药师对儿童在中西药临床应用基础知识的学习和认识,重视儿童中西药联合应用的研究工作,从而使儿童能更加正确合理使用中西药.

Objective To understand and analyze children＇s situation for the application of combined Chinese and western medicine and to improve the standard of rational drug use and to secure a safer more rational and more effective use of drugs in children. Methods Of Prescriptions in outpatient and cases in inpatient for the application of combined Chinese and western medicines in children＇ s hospital in Shanxi province from August 2012 to January 2013 were randomly checked and the compatibility mode of the application was statistically classified and analyzed. Results With all 7165 prescriptions in the hospital, 2313 were the application of combined Chinese and Western medicine, accounting for 32.3%. The combined medicine prescription contains over 40 diseases and there have 325 kinds of compatibility mode. After the review of related literature, 96 kinds of rational compatibility was found, accounting for 29.5% , irrational compatibility was 63, accounting for 19.4%. Conclusion The application of combined Chinese and western medicine in the hospital was widespread. The form was complicated and the irrational compatibility was much more common. Doctors＇ and pharmacists＇ understanding of clinical basic knowledge of combined Chinese and western medicine for children should be improved and the research work for it should be stressed to make children＇s use of combined Chinese and western medicine more accurate and rational.
