乡土文化视角下农村社会转型与发展路径分析——以温州“转并联”改革为例

Analysis of social transformation and development path in rural areas from the perspective of native culture ——Taking the reform of "transformation,merger and joint" in Wenzhou as a case

农村社会的转型,不单单依靠政府推进城镇化进程,只有当自上而下的推动与农村自下而上的发展需求相结合,才能成功。农村转型的自下而上发展需求,与乡土文化的发展密切相关。乡土文化发展过程中"人""时间"和"空间"维度直接影响着农村转型的进程,而温州通过"赋权+享利"的治理形式,"资本+期权"的动作机制,"社区+自治"的生活方式,"自愿+自主"的出入模式等,促进自上而下的城镇化推动与农村自下而上的发展需求相结合,无疑为农村社会转型提供了借鉴。

The transformation of rural society will be successful not only relying on the government to promote urbanization but also on rural demand for development. The rural demand for development in transformation is closely associated with the development of native culture. In the development of native culture the dimensions of ＂people＂ ＂time＂ and ＂space＂ directly affect rural transformation process. Wenzhou accelerates the integration between the government promoting urbanization and rural demand for development by the governance of empowerment-gaining, action of capital-options, life style of community-antonomy and entry mode of voluntary- independent, which has offered reference for the rural society in transition.
