新农村经济发展与环境保护的耦合协调——基于西部各地区数据的空间差异分析

Coupling coordination between economic development and environment protection in the new countryside ——Analysis of the spatial difference based on the data of all western regions

基于对西部12个省(自治区、直辖市)1999-2010年经济与环境相关指标数据的搜集与整理,运用系统学、协同学、环境经济学等多学科的知识,构建了西部地区新农村建设中经济-环境复合系统耦合协调的指标体系,建立了耦合协调度模型,主要从空间上对西部12个省(自治区、直辖市)新农村经济-环境复合系统的耦合协调水平进行了分析。研究发现:经济-环境复合系统的发展水平呈逐年提高的趋势;经济-环境复合系统耦合协调度的空间差异逐渐缩小。必须加大环保投入,增强环保意识,促进区域协调发展,继续重视并努力实现经济发展与环境保护的协同推进。

Data of economic and environment indicators of 12 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities in the west China from 1999 to 2010 have been collected and arranged, Applying multidisciplinary knowledge such as systematics, synergetics, environmental economies, an indices system for coupling coordination of economy-environment composite systems in the new countryside construction in the western regions has been built, and the coupling coordination model has been established. On that foundation the coupling coordination levels of economy-environment composite systems in the new countryside in the 12 provinces, autonomous re- gious and municipalities in the west China are analyzed from the spatial perspective. It has been discovered that： the development levels of economy-environment composite systems tend to rise annually, and the spatial difference of their coupling coordination is gradually decreasing. It is necessary to increase investment in environmental protection, improve environmental awareness, accelerate coordinated regional development, continue attention and effort to achieve synergy between economic development and environ- mental protection.
