农地承包经营权流转中介组织的选择——基于交易费用视角

Choice of intermediary organizations of the transfer of operating rights of contracting farmland based on transaction cost theory

通过农地承包经营权流转交易费用的相关文献分析,发现中介组织的介入将降低农地承包经营权流转过程中产生的交易费用。并通过对中介组织参与下农地承包经营权流转的交易费用模型分析,指出不同性质中介组织参与下,各环节所产生的交易费用系数不同,市场主导型中介组织是最好的第三方,且市场主导型中介组织的收费保障机制是降低交易费用的关键。

According to a branch of literatures of relevant interest, it is found that the transaction cost arising from the process of farmland concession release can be cut down by the involvement of a third party. After analyzing the transaction cost model of the transfer of farmland operating rights with intermediary organizations involving in the process, it is proposed that the intermediary organizations with market-orlented nature is the best third party. Besides, the charging system of intermediary organizations is the key to reducing transaction cost.
