论网络文化软实力及其实现路径

On cyberculture soft power and its realization path

分析了网络文化的软实力蕴含;根据网络文化的特性及其在国家软实力中的地位、作用和功能,阐述了网络文化软实力的总体框架和系统构成,论证了网络文化软实力5个子系统的目标定位及相应功能;提出并论证了我国网络文化软实力的提升策略和实现途径,以期持续有效推动我国丰富的文化资源由"潜在软实力"向"现实软实力"转变。

Connotation of cyberculture soft power is analyzed. According to the characteristics of eyberculture and its status, role and functions in national soft power, the total framework and system structure of cybereulture soft power are illustrated, and the targets and their functions of 5 subsystems of eybereulture soft power are elaborated, meanwhile improvement strategy and realization path of cyberculture soft power in China are proposed, so as to keep on accelerating China＇s abundant cultural resources turning into realistic soft power from potential soft power.
