县域经济保障机制研究——以云南为例

Research on the Security Mechanism of County Economy in China——Taking Yunnan as an Example

县域经济属于区域经济范畴,是在县级行政区划这一特定的地理空间内,通过县级政权调控经济整体运行情况,以市场机制配置资源,以农业和农村经济为主体,具有开放性、综合性、地域差异性的区域经济。本文遵循从普遍到特殊再从特殊到普遍的逻辑思路体系,就县域经济的保障机制进行了初步探讨。

County economy belongs to the category of regional economy. It lies in the specific geographical space of the county administrative division, and its overall operation is regulated by the local government. Besides, it depends on the market mechanism in its allocation of resources, takes agriculture and the rural economy as the main body, and has characteristics of openness, comprehensiveness and regional difference. Following the general - specific and then specific - general logic system, this paper makes an exploratory discussion of the security measures of county economy.
