摘要
在社会问题的视域下阐述我国乳业发展的重大障碍———信任危机的形成;以社会学的视角阐述国内乳业的信任被破坏的过程、我国乳业信任环境以及消费者真正理性缺失的现状;此外,从经济角度综述了我国乳业发展的障碍,从消费者风险感知、媒体、社会信任体系不成熟等方面做了社会学的归因分析;最后,对于我国未来乳业发展的前景提出了制度和理性的诉求。
In recent years, some quality issues of dairy industry of our country are frequently exposed. Consumers' confidence in dairy industry, especially domestic dairy industry, has always been relatively low. Therefore, the domestic dairy industry is confronted with much more serious crisis of trust. This is not a problem on industrial structure, but a social problem. In this paper, we will discuss the major obstacle of the development of dairy industry under the perspective of social problem, that is, formation of crisis of trust. Then, we'll analyze how the domestic dairy trust is destroyed, as well as the lack of consumers' rationality and dairy trust environment from the perspective of sociology. In addition, the barriers of the development of dairy industry of our country are reviewed from the economic point of view. It is found that the crisis of trust in the domestic diary industry is caused by consumers' risk awareness, media and immature social trust system. Finally, system and rational appeal are expected for the future development of dairy industry in China.
