A fun-filled L'italiana in Algeri

继罗西尼歌剧《灰姑娘》和《塞维利亚理发师》之后，《意大利女郎在阿尔及尔》2013年初冬又在国家大剧院精彩呈现。11月28日至12月1日连续四晚演出，牵动北京观众敏感的笑神经。罗西尼生前奉行的创作原则中有一条：“欢乐必须是音乐的目的和基础。”必须承认，这是一次欢悦轻松的审美体验，无论收声或放声，总之，你、我、他，还是忍不住，笑了。

Although 2013 didn't mark any special commemoration for Rossini,it did mark the 200th anniversary of the premiere of L'italiana in Algeri,which Beijing's National Centre for the Performing Arts seized the opportunity to present the China premiere.The cast included mezzo-soprano Silvia Beltrami and Wang Hongyao as Isabella,bass Enzo Capuano and Mei Jie as the Mustafa,tenor Shi Yijie and Yang Yang as Lindoro.Other singers presented in the production were baritones Liu Songhu and Wang Hexiang,sopranos Song Yuanming and Li Xintong and mezzo-soprano Zhang Zhuo,with the NCPA Orchestra and Chorus conducted by Gianluca Martinenghi.
