摘要
在我国市场经济体制中,国有企业起着举足轻重的作用。正因如此,政府才将国企改革作为经济工作的重中之重。完善国企高管薪酬激励约束机制是我国国企改革的一项重要任务。如何建立符合我国国企现实需要的高管薪酬激励约束机制,使其能够更好地激发国企高管的工作积极性,进而为企业创造更大的价值,具有重要的理论研究和现实意义。文章主要分析了我国国企高管薪酬激励约束机制中存在的问题原因。
The state-owned enterprise plays a key role in China's market economic system. Because of this, the govemment reform of state-owned enterprises as the priority. Completing the compensation-motivating and constraint mechanism of senior managers of state-owned enterprise is an important task for the reform of state-owned enterprise in our country. How to establish compensation- motivating and constraint mechanism which matches with needs of state-owned enterprises to make it better able to excite activity of senior managers in order to create greater value for the enterprise, which has an important theoretical and practical significance. This paper mainly analyzes the problems existing compensation-motivating and constraint mechanism of senior managers of state-owned enterprises.
