中药热敷配合手法按摩治疗强直性脊柱炎36例

Treating 36 Cases of Ankylosing Spondylitis with TCM Fomentation Combined with Massage Manipulations

目的:观察中药热敷配合手法按摩治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效。方法:将65例强直性脊柱炎患者随机分为治疗组36例和对照组29例,对照组采用住院常规疗法治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上配合中药热敷及手法按摩治疗,治疗2个月比较治疗前后的相关观察指标。结果:临床缓解11例,显效17例,有效5例,无效3例,有效率为91.67%;对照组临床缓解5例,显效8例,有效9例,无效7例,有效率为75.86%。两组比较,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药热敷配合手法按摩在改善脊柱僵硬、腰背痛和脊柱活动受限等方面疗效显著,值得临床进一步推广应用。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of TCM （traditional Chinese medicine） fomentation combined with massage manipulations in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis. Methods：65 cases of ankylosing spondylitis were randomly divided into the treatment group （36 cases） and the control group （29 cases）. The control group were treated with conventional therapy in hospital,while the treatment group were treated with TCM fomentation and massage manipulations based on the treatment of the control group,comparing the index before and after treatment 2 months later. Results：The effective rates of the treatment group was 91.67% with clinical remission 11 cases,markedly effective 17 cases,effective 5 cases,ineffective 3 cases;and the effective rates of the control group was 75.86% with clinical remission 5 cases,markedly effective 8 cases,effective 9 cases,ineffective 7 cases.The difference being statistically signiifcant （P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion：It is signiifcantly effective of TCM fomentation combined with massage manipulations in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis on the aspects of improving spinal stiffness,low back pain and spinal activity limitation,worthy of further clinical application.
