中药汤剂、夹脊穴电针配合星状神经节阻滞治疗椎动脉型颈椎病34例

Treatment of 34 Cases of Cervical Spondylosis of Vertebral Artery Type with TCM Decoction and Electroacupuncture of Jiaji Acupoint combined with Stellate Ganglion Block

目的:观察应用中药汤剂、夹脊穴电针配合星状神经节阻滞治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效。方法:将71例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组34例和对照组37例。对照组采用脉络宁注射液静脉滴注,氟桂利嗪胶囊、天麻蜜环菌片口服治疗;治疗组进行中药汤剂、颈夹脊电针及星状神经节阻滞治疗。治疗1个月后对两组患者的临床疗效进行比较。结果:治疗组优9例,良16例,可7例,差2例,优良率占73.53%,有效率占94.12%;对照组优4例,良13例,可15例,差5例,优良率占45.95%,有效率占86.49%。两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药汤剂、夹脊穴电针配合星状神经节阻滞治疗椎动脉型颈椎病,可以明显提高临床疗效。

Objective：To observe the curative effect of TCM decoction and electroacupuncture of jiaji acupoint combined with stellate ganglion block in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type. Methods：71 cases of patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type were randomly divided into the treatment group （34 cases） and the control group of （37 cases）.The control group were treated by intravenous drip of Mailuoning injection and orally taking Cinnarizine Capsules and Gastrodia Tuder Halimasch Tablets;while the treatment group were treated with TCM decoction and Electroacupuncture of Jiaji Acupoint combined with stellate ganglion block,comparing the clinical efifcacy of the two groups after 1 months of treatment.Results：The excellent and good rates of the control group were 45.95%,and 86.49% respectively with 9 excellent cases,16 good cases,7 not bad cases and 2 bad cases;and those of the treatment group accounted for 73.53%,and 94.12%respectively with 4 excellent cases,13 good cases,15 not bad cases and 5 bad cases.the difference between them being statistically signiifcant （P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion：TCM decoction and electroacupuncture of jiaji acupoint combined with stellate ganglion block can signiifcantly improve the clinical efifcacy in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type.
