摘要
针对目前水电机组检修管理存在的不足,系统地研究了现代项目管理技术和方法在水电机组检修中的应用,旨在提高检修项目的管理水平,为电厂创造更多的效益。
In the light of some shortages currently existing in hydropower unit maintenance, this paper makes a systematical study on the application of modem project management technology and method in hydropower unit maintenance, the current shortages in the hydroelectric generating unit project management aiming to improve the management level of maintenance project and creating more benefits for hydropower plants.
