摘要
吸收式热泵技术已开始在电厂得到实际应用,这种技术具有经济性、可靠性、污染少等诸多优点。大同煤矿集团大唐热电有限公司利用热泵机组进行乏汽回收,该工程采用了全新的设计理念,提高了热泵系统回收热量的能力,大幅度降低了机组供热期的煤耗。对该工程的设计和实际试运情况进行讨论,对节能效果进行计算、比较、分析,肯定了热泵机组节能效果的同时,也提出了一些设计中存在的不足之处,为热泵机组进一步合理设计及应用提供了依据。
The absorption heat pump technology, which has begun to get practical application in the power plant, possesses economic reliability, less pollution and many other advantages. Datang Thermal Power Co., Ltd. of Datong Coal Mine Group carried out the recovery of exhausted steam by using heat pump unit, this project adopted the new design concept, improved the heat recovery ability of heat pump system, and reduced the coal consumption of unit in the heating period. This paper discusses the design and actual trial operation of the project, makes the calculation, comparison and analysis of the energy saving effect, at the same time of confirming the energy saving effect of the heat pump unit, puts forward some shortages existing in the design, which provides the basis for the future rational design and application of heat pump unit.
