“三线建设”是一次以备战为主旨 ,主要受非经济因素制约而实施的对我国西南、西北内陆地区的一次大规模投资建设 ,其地域之广大、投资之集中、持续时间之长、教益之丰富 ,对当今进行的西部开发战略 ,具有重要的鉴戒意义。
The″Three-line construction″is a large-scale investment and construction in Chinese northwest and southwest,which is mainly prepared for the war,and not restricted by economic factors,and which has an abundant benefits,a long duration,and a mass investment including a large clime ,and it has an important example significance of the west-developed stratagem.
