继续教育与素质教育关系初探

Study on Relation Between Continuing Education and Quality Education

培养创新人才在于教育改革 ,教育改革的出路在于全面实施素质教育。素质教育对教师应具备的基本素质提出了更高要求 ,然而教师的整体素质偏低 ,不能满足实施素质教育的需要。实施中小学教师继续教育 ,必将全面提高中小学教师实施素质教育的能力和水平 ,有效地促进基础教育质量的提高。

Cultivating qualified personnel of originality relies on reforming education system,and the reformation of present education systems depends on overall application of quality education.Quality educaton lays high requirements for the basic quality of the teachers.However,teachers' overall quality is not able to meet up with the needs for quality education.So carrying out continuing education in primary and middle schools will certainly promote the primary and middle school teachers' ability to apply quality education,and effectively enchance the quality of Chinese foundation education.
