摘要
本文结合MBD制造条件下数字化检测的发展趋势,研究数字化检测技术的实现途径与方法。根据MBD制造模式中的质量控制特点与要求,构建数字化检测应用协同工作环境。研究数字化检测条件下质量控制模式及数据传递模式,实现了基于MBD的数字化检测平台集成并应用到科研生产中,取得良好效果。
Combined with the development trend of digital inspection under the MBD (model based definition) manufacturing, the way and methods of digital inspection technology were discussed. The digital inspection collaborative working environment was built according to the characteristics and requirements of quality control in the MBD manufacturing model. The quality control and data transfer mode were research under the digital inspection condition. The digital inspection platform was realized and applied to scientific research and production. The good results were achieved.
