摘要
回转窑结圈不仅与回转窑的传热过程有关,还与物料的输送、物料挥发分析出、挥发分燃烧等多种物理化学反应有关。通过研究结圈物的特征,对结圈机制进行了分析,并提出预防回转窑结圈措施。研究结果表明,在回转窑结圈过程中,煤粉对结圈的影响不仅仅是对温度的影响,还使结圈物本身的性质发生改变。随着煤粉含量的增加,结圈物熔点下降;同时,煤粉的增加促进了粉末的固结,更易形成结圈。
The ring formation in rotary kiln is not only relevant with heat transfer process,but also related to materials conveying, release of volatiles and combustion and other physical and chemical reaction. Through analyzing the reasons of ring formation, a series of control measures was present to eliminate ring-formation. The result shows that coal can not only affect the temperature of rotary kiln, but make the character of ring change during the ring formation process. With coal content increase, the melting point of ring declines; meanwhile promoting powder consolidation, which can accelerate the formation of ring.
