基于六西格玛的转向节轴套热挤压工艺参数模拟优化

摘要 转向节轴套热挤压工艺参数是决定挤压件质量的关键,文章运用六西格玛DMAIC改进流程对热挤压工艺参数进行优化。通过对热挤压件质量问题界定、测量,运用DEFORM软件针对热挤压成型过程进行模拟分析,通过对挤压温度、挤压速度和摩擦因子这三项参数进行优化,从而提高产品质量,为实际生产提供理论依据。 Steering joint sleeve heat extrusion process parameters is the key to the extrusion quality. The paper on the application of Six Sigma DMAIC, improved the process and optimized the hot extrusion process parameters. After the definition and measurement for hot extrusion quality, the paper tries to analyze hot extrusion forming process by using the DEFORM software for the simulation. The extrusion temperature, extrusion speed and friction factor of these three parameters are optimized, so as to improve the quality of the products, and provide a theoretical basis for the practical production.
