浅谈高校辅导员人格魅力的培养

高校教师队伍中,辅导员作为与大学生直接接触且时间最长的老师,在高校学生的管理中扮演着重要的角色,作为高校思想政治工作最为主要的实施者,辅导员素质的高低不仅关系到学校日常工作的顺利进展,而且会影响到学校办学质量和社会声誉。本文从灵魂必须用灵魂来塑造,人格必须用人格来熏陶的角度,提出了辅导员涵养人格魅力的途径是以高尚的师德、深厚的学养、传递心灵温暖的力量为基础,升华而成的具有感召性的精神气质。

In college teacher teams, counselor as the teacher that directly and longest contacting with the college students, plays an important role, in the college students management. As the most major perpetrators of ideological and political work, the quality level of counselor not only relate to the smooth progress of college＇s daily works, but also affect the quality of school education and social reputation. From the perspective that soul must be shaped by soul and personality must nurtured with a personality, this paper proposes the way of counselors conservation charisma is to use noble morality, profound knowledge and inspiration ethos sublimated by the warm power transmission of soul.
