技能大赛对高等职业教育实践技能培养具有重要意义,本文分析当前职业院校开展技能大赛现状,从明确人才培养模式、课程开发与重组、实训基地建设、校企合作、学风建设等多个方面提出提高技能大赛实效性策略,以期实现技能大赛效用。

The skills competition is important for higher vocational education practical skills training. This paper analyzes the current status of vocational colleges skills competition from clear training model, curriculum development and restructuring, training base construction, school-enterprise cooperation, study, construction and other aspect of the proposed strategy to improve the effectiveness of skills competition, in order to achieve the skills competition effect.
