关于完善小杂粮及其制品质量标准必要性的探讨

摘要 多数小杂粮集药用和食用于一身,能有效改善人们的膳食结构,是国际公认的具有特殊食疗、食补作用的天然绿色食品,近年来越来越受到人们的青睐,中国杂粮产业也蓬勃发展。然而,许多小杂粮及其制品至今还没有国家标准,使得消费品种、小杂粮及其制品市场化受到制约,企业和市场监管难以规范。它的局限性和滞后性已经制约了杂粮产业的发展。所以,本文从以上几个方面对完善小杂粮及其制品的国家标准必要性进行探讨。 The majority of small grains set of medicinal and edible in a body, can effectively improve people's dietary structure, is an internationally recognized natural green food with a special diet, tonic effect, more and more people of all ages in recent years, and Chinese grains industry is booming. However, many small grains and their products have not the national standard, so that the consumer variety, small grains and the market of their products are restricted, and enterprise and market supervision are difficult to regulate. Its limitations and lag have restricted the development of grain industry. Therefore, this article from the above aspects to explore the necessity of improving the national standards of small grains and their products.
