服装工程“3+1”教学改革研究

On“3+1”Teaching Reform in Garment Engineering

“3+1”教学改革是惠州大学服装学院校企联合办学模式的纵深发展 ,这一改革加快了办学主体多元化的进程 ,提高了人才培养市场化的程度 ,本文全面介绍了服装学院“3+1”教学改革的计划、措施及遇到的一些具体问题 。

The concept of “3+1” Teaching Reform is the further development of co-education between enterprises and the Garment college of huizhou university. The purpose of this reform is to speed up the progress of diversification in education so as to train more qualified market-oriented personnel. This article gives a general introduction to the teaching plan ,and concrete issues of “3+1”, and evaluates the result of this teaching reform.
