德育是素质教育的核心内容,是实现大学生德、智、体、美、劳全面发展培养目标的重要组成部分。本文通过对高校德育工作中存在的实际问题展开分析,提出了在当前形势下加强高校德育工作建设、增强德育工作实际效果的一些观点。

Moral education is the core in quality education. It is an important component in realizing the goal of simul-taneous development of college students' moral,intellectural,physical and aesthetic education. This article analyzes the prob-lems in moral education in colleges and universities,and presents some ideas of strengthening moral education and raisingworking efficiency under the present situation.
