摘要
保险公司作为商业社会风险防范的重要手段和工具,对于维护市场经济的稳定、转移市场主体的风险具有重要的意义。保险公司的信用评级可以揭示与预警保险公司的风险,有利于保险市场的风险防范和稳定发展,对于建立和完善保险市场体系具有重要理论和实际意义。本文尝试性的构建了中国非寿险公司的信用评级方法体系,并基于保险公司的信息披露数据进行了实证分析,得出了2012年度我国非寿险公司的信用评级报告,希望能为保险消费者的投保和保险中介机构的业务运作提供参考。
As a critical means and tool of risk management for commercial society, insurance companies play an im- portant role in maintaining the stability of market economy, and in transferring the risks faced by market participants. The credit rating of insurance companies can disclose and provide early warning of the risks that insurance companies have encountered, which contributes to the risk control and stable development of the insurance market. It is also of important theoretical and practical significance for establishing and enhancing the insurance market sys- tem. We tried to build a credit rating system for China' s non-life insurance companies in this research program, and then by using the disclosed data of 2012 ,conducted an empirical study to complete the Credit Rating Report for Chi- na' s Non-Life Insurance Companies, in the hope of providing constructive suggestions for Chinese consumers to pick the right insurance product, and for insurance intermediaries to upgrade their business operation.
