摘要 智能电网涵盖发电、输电、变电、配电、用电和调度多个环节。IEC61850Ed 20之后,已突破变电站自动化系统直用范围,开始应用于发电,如风电、水电、分布式能源(DIR),输变电状态监测,配电,用电等多个领域,成为智能电网最重要的网络通信协议。面向智能电网各种应用,实现各种设备与应用的互操作与信良共享,是实明智能电网的关键技术之一。 IEC 61850 was initially formulated for transformer substation automation system, but power distribution automation system differs significantly from transformer substation automation system. Dr. Ren Yanming discusses the problems to be considered for using IEC 61850 in power distribution automation system.
