摘要
农业生产发展缓慢 ,农民消费水平滞后 ,是内需不足的重要根源。扩大内需 ,必须以农村市场为突破口 ,在资金和政策上加大对农业的扶持力度 ,发展农业生产 ,增加农民收入 ,提高农民的消费水平。
The slow agricultural development and low consumption level are chiefly responsible for inadequate domestic demand .As a result ,it is essential to develop rural markets and intensify aid in terms of funds and policies .It is also necessary to develop agricultural production, raise farmers'income and upgrade rural consumptinon level.
