摘要
郑观应通过对近代国际法的深刻理解与认识 ,初步形成了较为系统的国际法思想。他认为中国应与国际社会接轨 ,以国际法为处理对外事务的主要依据 ,并从国际法角度提出了变法维新。
Based on his keen insight into modern international laws,Zheng Guanying develops his own relatively systematic thoughts of international laws.He believes that China should connect to international track and have international laws as its basic approaches to foreign affairs.From the international viewpoint,he also suggests that China should reform itself and transform its political system.
