On Deng Xiaoping's Thought of Collective Leadership

邓小平集体领导思想是邓小平理论的重要组成部分。邓小平强调社会主义社会必须实行集体领导 ,强调集体领导的制度化 ,认为要实现集体领导 ,必须做到集体领导联系群众、集体领导有一个核心、明确集体领导与个人分工的辩证统一。邓小平认为实行集体领导的重大意义在于 :有利于实现和加强党的正确领导 ,巩固党的执政地位 ,有利于社会主义事业的顺利发展 ,有利于健全党内民主 ,实现党内生活民主化、规范化 ,有利于培养、造就高水平的领导集体。

The thought of collective leadership is an important component of Deng Xiaoping Theory.Deng Xiaoping insisted that collective leadership be performed and systematized in the socialist country.To realize it,collective leaders should maintain close ties with the masses and have a core,and the dialectical unity of collective leadership and individual division of labour should be clarified.He thought it is benefical to strengthening the leadership and position of the CPC,developing the socialist cause,the democratization and normalization of the Party life,and cultivating leading collective of high quality.
