摘要
为了探讨石灰石在O2/CO2气氛下的硫化特性,利用管式炉在O2/CO2气氛下对石灰石从温度、CO2浓度、石灰石粒径、种类、硫化方式方面进行了硫化实验研究。实验结果发现,在本实验条件下,钙的转化率随着温度的升高,CO2浓度的升高,粒径的减小而升高,不同石灰石种类的硫化特性有一定差异,间接硫化的钙转化率高于直接硫化钙转化率。
To investigate on sulphation characteristic of limestone in O2/CO2 atmosphere, sulphation experiment was made from the aspect of temperature, CO2 concentration, particle size, limestone kinds, sulphation process using tube furnace in O2/CO2 atmosphere. The results show that under the condition of this experiment, with the increasing of temperature and CO2 concentration, the decreasing of the particle size, the calcium conversion ratio get high and different kinds of limestone have some difference in calcium conversion ratio. The calcium conversion ratio o{ indirect sulphation is higher than direct sulphation.
